Rights & Obligations

 

The lodges are purchased on a 50 year license.

The licence term is 11 months of the year, with lodge owners being able to use their lodge at any time during the open period from 4th February to the 4th January.

All holiday lodge owners will be assigned a formal Written Agreement which details the obligations of both the lodge owner and the park owner.

Royal Oak Country Park does not allow commercial sub-letting of lodges, however, family and friends are welcome to stay in your lodge.
